Privacy Policy

How this website collects and uses information. It covers this public website only.

Who we are and what this covers

This website is operated by Liquidity Health (“Liquidity Health”, “we”). This policy describes the information the website collects and how we use it.

It does not cover data our customers process with the Liquidity Health product. Claim and patient data are never collected through this website; they are handled under the separate agreements we sign with each customer.

Information you give us

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive what you enter:

  • your name and email address;
  • your organization, role and organization type, if you provide them;
  • the topic you choose and an optional phone number;
  • anything you write in the note.

Please don’t include patient names, claim numbers, medical records or other health information in the form or in any message to us.

Information collected automatically

  • Where your visit started. When you arrive, the website notes the first page you opened, the website that referred you (if any) and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link. This is kept in your browser’s session storage for the visit and is sent to us only if you submit an enquiry, so we can see how people find us.
  • Server logs. Like most websites, the server that hosts this site records technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We keep these only as long as needed to operate and secure the site.
  • Fonts. The website’s fonts are served from the same server as the website, so loading them sends no information to a third party.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy before it does.

How we use information

  • to reply to your enquiry and follow up on it;
  • to understand which pages and campaigns lead people to contact us;
  • to operate, maintain and protect the website.

We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries, who may use it only on our behalf, and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, or longer if we go on to work together, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by writing to [email protected] or through our contact page. You can clear the website’s session and local storage at any time in your browser settings.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes and contact

We will post any changes to this policy on this page.

Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected] or through our contact page.
